Independent Adjuster

The Independent Adjuster applying for a National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Flood Certification Number (FCN) card are certified through the Adjuster Certification process administered by the NFIP iService Claims team on behalf of FEMA.

The FEMA Form FF-81-110 is located on the FEMA Website Library. Go to http://www.fema.gov/library/viewRecord.do?id=2581 to obtain a copy of the Adjuster Certification Application Form.  This form is used to collect information from individuals seeking to become certified flood adjusters.
