Claims Polling Overview |
| |
The Write Your Own (WYO) Companies and Vendors who have flood claims in the impacted areas with FICO numbers are expected to report claims statistical data. The expectation is the reporting will continue until it has been determined the event is 100 percent reported by all WYO Companies and Vendors. The NFIP iService Claims team will inform you when you no longer need to report on an event. Please report only on events that have been identified in the Activated Claims Polling for Events per the assigned FICO’s table.
- All Claims data submitted should be cumulative for the event identified. Please do not only include claims for a specific day, week or other time frame
- As FICO events occur and FEMA deems claim polling is required for the event(s). FEMA will activate Claim Polling and will require data to be reported on a weekly basis. A separate workbook/spreadsheet will be distributed for claim data to be gathered and reported for the required event(s)
