W. Craig Fugate
Craig Fugate is currently the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Prior to coming to FEMA, Mr. Fugate served as Director of the Florida Division of Emergency Management. In 2004, Mr. Fugate managed the largest federal disaster response in Florida history as four major hurricanes impacted the state in quick succession (Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne). In 2005, Mr. Fugate was again called to action as three more hurricanes made landfall in the sunshine state (Dennis, Katrina and Wilma).

Ed Connor
Ed Connor is the Acting Federal Insurance Administrator for the National Flood Insurance Program, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Connor gave a very excellent speech on the importance of the NFIP and CRS last year at the NFC 2009.

Josh Rubenstein
Josh Rubenstein is a staff meteorologist and general assignment reporter for CBS 2 and KCAL 9. From the frontlines of the numerous California wildfires to flash flooded neighborhoods, Rubenstein has provided insightful analysis of the weather conditions that had the potential to significantly improve the reaction to these disasters. Drawing on his experience as an aircraft pilot, Rubenstein also played a key role in the CBS 2 and KCAL 9 coverage of the crash of a single-engine airplane into a local apartment building in June 2003
