SUBJECT: Flood Response Office – FICO 257 Tennessee

The NFIP Bureau and Statistical Agent will establish a Flood Response Office (FRO) in response to the 2010 Late Spring Storms, which produced torrential rain and widespread flood damage in 
Tennessee. The FRO will coordinate with the WYO Companies and the NFIP Direct to provide guidance, define the scope of coverage, and assist with the re-inspection of losses.	

The physical location of the FRO will be determined soon, and will be announced in another bulletin within the next few days.
