SUBJECT: 	 	Adjusted Date of Loss – ND - FICO 237


The Midwest March 2009 winter storm produce torrential rain and widespread flood damage in North Dakota.  In Clearinghouse Bulletin W-09016a, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) assigned FICO number 237 to track the claims arising from this event.  FEMA has now adjusted the Date of Loss for the event, as shown below.
