The April 2009 spring storm produced torrential rain and widespread flood damage in Texas.     
In Clearinghouse Bulletin W-09023, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) assigned FICO number 239 to track the claims arising from this event.  FEMA has now adjusted the Date of Loss for the event, as shown below.
