The 2009 Pre Mother’s Day storm produced torrential rain and widespread flood damage in West Virginia and Kentucky.  In Clearinghouse Bulletin W-09025, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) assigned FICO numbers 240 and 241 to track the claims arising from this event.  FEMA has now adjusted the Date of Loss for the event, as shown below.
