SUBJECT: NFIP Legacy Systems Services Business Relocation and Scheduled Down Times for Online Resources - Update

On July 29, 2010, you were notified that the NFIP Legacy Systems Services (NFIP LSS) operations, managed by CSC, would be relocating to 8400 Corporate Drive, Suite 150, Landover, MD 20785 as of Monday, August 2, 2010.  It was also conveyed that Data Exchange, BureauNet and bsa.nfipstat.com were scheduled to be reconnected and available for the NFIP user community by 4PM, Tuesday, August 3, 2010.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a delay in making these services available again. 

We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may be experiencing during this extended period of system unavailability. We will continue to inform you when NFIP LSS resources have been restored and become available again for access.
