SUBJECT:   Congressional Hearing on Legislative Proposals to Reform the National Flood Insurance Program

On March 11, 2011, the House Financial Services Committee, Subcommittee on Insurance, Housing, and Community Opportunity,
conducted a hearing on “Legislative Proposals to Reform the National Flood Insurance Program.” Craig Fugate, Administrator, 
Federal Emergency Management Agency, was unable to attend due to the tsunami emergency, but his written testimony was submitted for the record.
