How can I get a certificate of completion for the online Basic Agent Tutorial?
Upon completing the Basic Agent Tutorial, the course will generate a PDF request form to complete and submit for a certificate and continuing education credit. In order to view the request form, you may need to obtain the free Adobe Reader software [adobe.com].
