Flood Insurance Manual: October 1, 2010, and January 1, 2011, Changes

The NFIP Flood Insurance Manual is revised twice a year - once in May and once in October. This year's October changes include updates to the Rating, Condominiums, Reference, and Community Rating System sections.

A special revision for January 1, 2011, is also included, to address the upcoming 2-year Preferred Risk Policy (PRP) extension. The specific changes are described in the Cover Memo for the October and January revisions.
